I ordered rack accessories form online computer shop some time ago. I wanted to rebuild my racks and I needed some spare parts also. Some time ago due to some cooling system malfunction some of the wires were burnt. I also wanted to but more hardware as I lacked of screws. Anyway I ordered the rack accessories and I paid for them. There was nothing else to do as just wait till a delivery company will bring me them home. After a week I contacted with the online shop as the rack accessories were not delivered and the delivery time was three days. The online shop worker wrote me an e-mail that the package was sent to me the very same day when I paid for the rack accessories and that the delivery company probably was having some delays. I waited another week and still the package was not there . Once again I contacted with the online shop and this time they said that the delivery company had delivered this package on the address I gave them few days ago. I checked it and I saw what mistake I made. I gave them a wrong address and instead of number sixteen I wrote sixty one. I did not checked it and the package was delivered to the neighbors that were living at the end of my street. I went there and they had my rack accessories. Luckily they did not open the package and they gave it me back with no problems. They said that they wanted to send it back to the sender but they did not have time for that and later they forget about it.
